No walk-in freezer full of stock, no dishes prepared days ahead. You choose your dishes, then our team heads to the Essaouira market to buy exactly what is needed: fish landed that morning, seasonal vegetables, freshly ground spices. That is our promise of freshness and authenticity.
Order by 3 pm on the day at the latest: that is the time we need to go to the market and buy your fresh produce.
How it works: first choose the date, arrival time and number of guests (step 1). The menu to choose your dishes then appears in step 2, followed by your contact details in step 3.
